Originally from Catania, is considered one of the most prominent Hammond C3 organ and is a leading figure in Italian and European music scene. He collaborated with the band Napoli Centrale in '74, playing in Italy before Weather Report and then attending the Montreux Jazz Festival in '84 and '89. The intense collaboration with Rudi Rotta Band led him to attend the most prestigious names in the blues from Sugar Blue, Allison, Lowell Fulson, Billy Branch, Carey Bell, Karen Carroll, Allman Brother, Brian Auger, etc.. He also played on the records of Eugenio Finardi, Ligabue, Gianna Nannini, Gianluca Grignani, and as the last project "Magic Trio" with friends Vallicelli Vince and James Thompson. He is currently doing a very intense band with Vince Vallicelli. It 'was also awarded Best Italian blues organist.
